BBB spokespersonSchemers are preying on dog lovers who are looking for bargains. Cute puppies are advertised at bargain prices in classified and online ads, but after payment is sent, no puppies arrive. In this story on WFAA-TV, Ch. 8, Dallas, Jeannette Kopko of the BBB in Dallas explains how this is just the latest twist in old scheme.
