Tempted by the promise of travel bargains, customers of Royal Palms Travel, a travel club in Dallas, complain that the savings are not as represented. Jeannette Kopko, BBB Dallas spokesperson, tells CBS11-TV, Ch. 11, about the complaints from customers who paid up to $4,500 for memberships. There are 42 complaints, and 12 of those are unanswered by the company.
